Capspace finished the Financial Year 2022 in a strong position.
The current Loan to Security Value (LVR) ratio is 55%. The LVR for the Fund has remained below 61% for the entire year.
Capspace Private Debt Fund investors will receive a return of 8% per annum for the year. This now means 27 months in a row of this high yield for Investors.
There have been no arrears or defaults on loans since the inception of the Fund. All loans continue to be closely monitored.
Capspace will email all investors their Annual Statement during July.
The external audit of the Fund will be completed during the 1st Quarter of Financial Year 2023 and any additional information required by your taxation advisor will be available soon after that time.
