Capspace is proud to support Australian businesses at usually times that are most crucial to them. An example of this support is The Nomad Dining Group. The Nomad Group was activating a very fast paced expansion strategy with the introduction of 2 new venues, one in Sydney and the other in Melbourne.
Capspace stepped in to finance the new restaurants and was agile in meeting the Group’s needs during this period. Once finalised the Group was able to secure bank funding to fully repay Capspace.

By offering straight forward loans to SMEs, Capspace provides ready access to much-needed capital without the hassle and delay of traditional bank lending.
For our investors, not only is Capspace the only private credit Fund that focuses on critical support for SME businesses, we do so because of the security we are able to take to protect investors if things don't go to plan. With security in place made up of GSAs over the businesses, personal guarantees and mortgages over real property Capspace’s capital is well protected.
During May we welcomed April Howlin, Client Support to the Capspace Team.
April brings with her a breadth of client management, policy development and operations experience. You will likely hear from April whose role it is to support the needs and requests of Capspace’s investors. Thank you for your support as we grow and for your commitment to help us ensure Australian businesses can succeed.
