Capspace Private Debt Fund continues to provide stable returns for our Investors with strong capital protection.

Australian property prices have started to decline in 2022, as higher interest rates impact on the market. Economist predictions vary between a 10% - 20% fall in property values over the next 12 months.

At Capspace we monitor the value of the property held as security for the loan portfolio on a monthly basis. Our investments remain very well secured with a current Loan to Security Valuation of 57%. Property prices would need to fall > 40% before the valuations become a concern.
